The Greenstation recognizes the importance of protecting information that may be collected from visitors to our Web site. FULL WARRANTY PARTS AND LABOR AND RETURN POLICY
The Greenstation warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship within the following warranty period, starting from the date of sale to the original consumer purchase only. If our product proves defective within the TWO (2) YEAR warranty period, 1 year on batteries, The Greenstation Products will repair or replace (at The Greenstation’s sole discretion) the defective product. Said product must be first returned, with your sales receipt, to the retailer of purchase. If the retailer does not honor the 2 year warranty period contact The Greenstation customer service for repair or replacement options. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization from The Greenstation and a copy of your sales receipt.
This warranty does not apply to any The Greenstation product that is used for commercial, rental, or industrial purposes, is damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, improper line voltage, water, lighting, or any acts of God. This warranty is void if product is altered, modified, or if any parts or service covered by this warranty are furnished by anyone other than The Greenstation or one of its independent authorized warranty stations. This warranty does not cover cartons, carrying cases, cosmetic parts, broken or marred parts, or any other accessories used in connection with the product or consequent damages due to a defect in the product.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THIS IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY STATEMENT AND NO OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTY IS VALID AGAINST THE GREENSTATION. SOME STATES / PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR AN EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from state to state (province to province).
